Update

The Greenhouse in May

After the wettest April in a hundred years, everything in the garden and greenhouse is growing well. Now waiting for the last frost to pass so I can start planting the more tender vegetables outside to join their hardier companions.


The financial picture so far:

Most of the money has been spent on seeds and equipment such as netting to protect the crops from marauding carrot fly, butterflies and birds. Alas we are still in the 'hungry gap' so nothing has yet been harvested.
