This garlic was planted last November and pulled from the ground just as the leaves were beginning to turn yellow. It was then left it to dry in the sunshine for a few days before being trimmed and put into a cool, well ventilated outhouse. Stored like this, it should provide us with a supply of home-grown garlic well into 2013.
